7-day refunds
You can get a full refund of the amount you paid for Unreal Musician Pro if you ask within 7 days of buying it.
The window is 7 days because you can try the free version on your own PC before you buy.
Get the free app
Try Free first
- The free app has the same MIDI import, 3D pianist, automatic fingering and piano roll as Pro. It renders MP4 videos at 720p with a watermark.
- Use it to check that the app runs well on your PC and renders videos before you buy.
- Pro adds one VST3 instrument, the free-fly camera, no watermark by default, and larger, vertical and square video sizes.
- VST3 instruments only load in Pro, so test yours within the 7 days. Pro loads one 64-bit VST3 instrument plugin.
How to ask for a refund
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of buying.
- Send the email from the address you used at checkout, or include that address.
- Include the order number from your receipt if you have it.
You do not have to give a reason, but a short note helps us improve the app.
Refunds go back through PayPal and are usually processed within a few business days.
We sell Pro on unrealmusician.com, not through the Microsoft Store, so ask us for a Pro refund, not Microsoft.
What happens to your key
- A refund revokes your key.
- The app finds out the next time it starts with an internet connection. Until then, Pro can keep working offline for up to 30 days after the last successful check. After that, the app runs as the free version.
After 7 days
- After 7 days we do not give refunds, except where the law requires one.
- If you were charged twice by accident, we refund the duplicate charge at any time.
- If you have trouble activating or moving your key, email [email protected]. We can reset your PCs.
Chargebacks and PayPal disputes
- Please email us before you open a dispute.
- If a payment is reversed through a chargeback or a PayPal dispute, we revoke the key, as with a refund.
