No. Your key goes to the email you buy with, and your receipt page shows it too. If you lose it, email [email protected] and we'll send your receipt again.
Yes. On the old PC, open Settings > General > License and click Deactivate this PC. Then activate your key on the new PC. You can deactivate up to 2 times per key every 30 days. After that, try again later or email [email protected].
Yes. Activation needs internet. After that, Pro works offline for 30 days after each successful online check, and opening the app while online renews it. The Free features work without internet.
Reinstalling Windows gives your PC a new ID, so activating again uses one of your 2 slots. If you can, click Deactivate this PC before you reinstall. Reinstalling only the app does not use another slot. If you run out of slots, email [email protected] and we can reset your PCs.
Yes, in both Free and Pro. You are responsible for the rights to the music in your MIDI files and to the sounds of any third-party VST3 instrument you use. Videos made with Free always have the watermark.
64-bit VST3 instruments in the standard VST3 folders or in a folder you add. You can't select a plugin that fails to load or isn't an instrument. One instrument plays the whole song. The app remembers which plugin you chose, but not the plugin's own settings. VST2, AU, CLAP, 32-bit and effect plugins are not supported. Free can't load VST3 plugins, so check that yours meets these rules before you buy.
